1. Ownership of Content

2. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

4. Counter-Notification

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Central District of California if your address is outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Counter-notifications must be sent to the same Copyright Agent listed above.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Copyright Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
