On the 2025-2026 Buick Envision 2.0L Turbo I4 (RPO: LSY), 2025-2026 Envisions with the 2.0L turbo LSY four-cylinder develop an audible ticking noise from the top of the engine. Caused by manufacturing debris inside the Stationary Hydraulic Lash Adjusters (SHLAs) preventing proper oil pumping, leaving valvetrain clearance unmaintained. GM PIP6101A (Feb 2026) supersedes PIP6061.
