A very common problem on 90-93 Integras where, after many years, the foam seals beneath the windshield cowl no longer keep water out and it ends up on the passenger floor after passing through the blower motor and rusting it out.
The drainage paths beneath the cowl are very shallow and are easily clogged with accumulated dust and leaf matter; one drainage path runs right over the hole where the blower sucks in air, so if there is a blockage downstream rainwater pours right into the blower assembly.
Drivers see soaked passenger carpet, foggy windshield, musty smell, and eventually a dead blower motor or resistor.
